Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at McGrath Electronics. Please find below the guidelines and stipulations that form our Shipping Policy. 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business day providing the item is in stock. All orders made online before 11am will be next day delivery within Ireland via DPD or 5-7 business days delivery within EU via DPD. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout. Please note that the following information primarily applies to regular, non-bulky items that can be safely sent through DPD.

Certain products, due to their size or weight, necessitate pallet delivery to ensure safe transportation. This typically includes TVs/Monitors larger than 32" and racks. For such products, the final delivery charge will be determined and communicated to you after you've placed your order.

If you prefer, you can collect your purchase on the same day from our trade counter by selecting the 'collection' option at checkout. Our Trade Counter is open from 10:00AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive an Order Confirmation email once your order has been placed and once shipped you will receive tracking number(s) from the delivery carrier.

Damages

The Company shall be under no liability to the Customer in respect of any Shortages in quantities delivered against orders or in respect of goods damaged in transit before delivery unless full details of such alleged Shortages or damages is notified to the Company within 3 business days.
